At S1neo, we've been innovating since our beginnings in 2009. We were the first to believe in phygital (a clever blend of physical consulting and digital customer experience), just like the pioneers in France, and even more so to launch and offer a realistic online configurator for all cyclists.
The end of 2025 is in line with this, as is our "Change of Gear" project. Starting October 1st, we will boost our communication (predo- minantly based on word of mouth until now and therefore customer satisfaction), review our visibility policy by expanding our reseller network (note: our priority will always be our customers, ad vitam æternam), thanks to the strength of our relationships built over more than 16 years. We remain very close to our customers, whether French or international, even though we are an SME, but it is a great source of pride for us to have customers in more than 30 countries. This is what motivates us every day !
CONCRETELY, CHANGES ARE GOOD, BUT WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR OUR FUTURE CUSTOMERS
This is definitely the question you're asking yourself! We're going to offer more proximity with partner stores for advice, purchasing your product, or even better monitoring (including a digitalized maintenance log). Furthermore, we want to strengthen our community with meetings (two per year) in places linked to the history of cycling where each S1neo owner can share, exchange, and of course ride with other customers (these days will be called S1neo Com'un1on) in a friendly moment. Tests will be offered on our new products with a shipping and return program and special conditions in case of purchase (you will then be able to benefit from advice, testing, and purchase) while maintaining leadership over your decision! It's therefore an appointment, a turning point, a pass, shall we say, important that we are crossing for you !

Before this important period, we are offering special conditions right now with an equally special, innovative process (again!). Indeed, it's very simple and in order to expand our community as much as possible, we are offering you until September 31st a deal, a negotiation, like an auction but obviously with limits (we remain artisans and nearly 70% of the product is valued in our workshops). SO YOUR PRICE MAY BE OURS? Do you dream of changing your bike, your frame, your pair of wheels for a French, quality, personalized product, all with Premium support and whatever your budget? Then configure your product, save it, validate a basket* by proposing your price in the comment field. It may be ours!
